Triplex on the nurses side

A lot of practices don't provide the nurse with a triplex on her side. I was working in such a practice recently.As a result I had to keep stopping work to wipe my mirror with my thumb. The constant stop-start was very annoying after a while.In addition, whenever a tooth needed to be washed or dried I had to put down my hand piece, pick up my triplex and do it, then pick up the hand piece again. It wasn't too bad the first few times but after you have done it 100 times it got wearing.Does your nurse have a triplex on her side and does she use it? If not, why not?
