Forming new habits

Dr Mark HassedOur daily lives are largely run by the habits that we’ve formed.

In one way that’s good because it allows us to achieve many tasks without much mental effort.

But, in another way it’s bad because, if we have unproductive habits or we lack productive ones, then we don’t reach our full potential.

Anyone who has tried will know that it’s amazingly difficult to form good new habits and extinguish bad old ones.
